My Account Page
The My Account Page allows patrons to view and manage Room Bookings, Event Signups and Saved Lists and Searches.
When a patron is logged into your site, they can access the My Account Page a number of different ways depending on how the site has been configured.
- From the Top Menu*
- From the Main Menu*
- Directly by adding /my-account to the end of your site domain name, for example, domain.com/my-account.
* If patrons do not see a link to 'My Account' it is likely that the links have been disabled in the menus or hidden from users accessing the site with a patron role. An Administrator may need to configure this in the menus tile.
